C.J. Leslie

A couple of nasty mixtapes from high school all-american CJ Leslie, who is currently uncommitted. (But I'm willing to bet he's going to UK) Leslie was one of the guys who really impressed me from the McDonald's All-American game.

Highlights from his junior year (Check out John Wall feeding him passes)

Highlights from him his senior season:

Jesus . . . how is this guy not rated in the top 5?? He must average 20 dunks a game with his unreal athleticism. I'm not really sure how you can even stop that . . the kid can dunk from anywhere inside the free throw line extended and makes getting to the rim look easier than breathing. Let it show on the record that I think this guy will be an NBA all-star.

Introduction

Well, after an extended discussion on Facebook chat, my friend Sunny and I have decided that we are wasting our incredible knowledge of sports and we should do something with it. Thus, we are going to start writing columns in this blog and we intend to begin a weekly podcast starting very soon. This blog and the podcast will cover a wide range of topics including fantasy sports, the NFL, and the NBA, but our main platform will be college basketball, and college basketball recruiting. We may be a bit biased as far as coverage, since I am a Duke fan for life, and Sunny is a pretty big Memphis backer, but we will try to keep the biggest stories at the forefront. However, we both agree that baseball sucks and should be downgraded to a semi-sport, similar to figure skating and WWE Wrestling. Basically, we refuse to cover baseball because it is terrible.

A little bit about us: Sunny and I are the biggest basketball junkies whom I personally know. We both play and we both have extensive knowledge of the history and the current state of the game. We both graduated from Vanderbilt University, class of 2008, so you can rest assured that at least we aren't idiots. That's all I've got for now, I need to figure out how to work this site.
